HomeSite Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full time Facilities Maintenance Technician in our corporate offices in Livermore; CA. Commute to the site is required as the actual job sites vary throughout the Bay Area and Central Valley.

This is an hourly position.  A full-time technician is eligible for a benefits package on the first of the following month after 60 days of full-time employment.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain professionalism as they will be working in high end retail mall stores.   

• Must have skills in remodeling experience 
• Must have Clean DMV record
• Must have own tools 
• Experience in final detailed construction 
• Drywall, Tape, Texture, Paint
• Finish Carpentry, Finish Plumbing and Electrical
• Must be available to work both night, day and weekend shifts
